Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 12306 Fondren
March 30, 2016 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 12306 Fondren about 12:50 p.m. on Tuesday (March 29).
The victim, Tri Minh Nguyen, 36, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Miller and Officer C. Elder reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting in-progress call at Wahoo's Fish N Wings at the above address and found Mr. Nguyen, the owner/operator of the restaurant, deceased.
The suspect was described only as a black male, about 20 years of age, with a light complexion. He wore tan pants, a gray hoodie and very recognizable light blue shoes.
