HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant L. Ross and Officer T. Riley reported:

The operator of a Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Algiers and crossed the intersection at Burnside with the right-of-way.  The motorcycle then struck a gray Nissan Altima traveling north on Burnside.  The male victim was transported by HFD paramedics to the hospital.

A preliminary investigation determined the Altima failed to yield the right-of-way at the stop sign at the intersection.
