Investigation into Shooting at 6900 Apache Street


September 26, 2016 - Houston police are investigating the shooting and wounding of four males that occurred at 6900 Apache Street about 4:50 p.m. on Friday (September 23).  

Two victims, Donavin Williams, 28 and Alfred Breedlove, 28, were transported by private vehicle to Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital in critical condition.  Williams was then transported to Ben Taub General Hospital. Two other males, Denarik Gray, 26, and Dominique Belle, 26, were also transported by private vehicle to Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital and are expected to survive their injuries.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants J. Brooks and C. Cegielski reported:  

A group of males was gathered at a park at the above address when a fight broke out.  One of the males produced a gun and began firing at the others.  All victims were then transported to the hospital.  The shooter fled the scene.  

The suspect is described only as a black male, approximately 25 years of age.
