Investigation in to Fatal Shooting at 5555 Gasmer
September 26, 2016 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 5555 Gasmer at about 5 a.m. today (Sept. 26).
The victim, Juan Daniel Hernandez Rivas, 23, of the above address was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Hassig and Officer T. Ferguson reported:
The victim was on his way to work when he was robbed and then shot in the parking lot of his apartment complex. Witnesses reported they saw a white or silver, late model, four-door vehicle fleeting the location.
