Two men purchased narcotics at an apartment at the above address and then used the drugs in the parking lot of the complex. Both men then decided to go back to the apartment to make an additional purchase.

When the drug dealer opened the door to his apartment, one of the buyers became enraged, produced a knife and began to stab the dealer and the dealer's friend, who was also inside the apartment.  The dealer then retrieved a pistol and fired at the male stabbing his friend, striking both males.  The stabbing suspect died at the scene.  The wounded males were transported by HFD paramedics to the hospital.   The second male buying narcotics, who initially fled then scene and then returned, was not injured.
