>Suspect Charged, Wanted in Stabbing at 5410 Candlemist Drive


October 10, 2017 - Charges have been filed against a suspect wanted in the stabbing of a man that occurred at 5410 Candlemist Drive about 2:30 a.m. on Monday (October 9).

Caiden Bryan Broussard (w/m, 22), is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 179th State District Court.  He is not in custody.  A photo of Broussard is not available at this time. 

Broussard is accused in the stabbing of Michael Deloriea, 57, who is hospitalized with severe lacerations to the abdomen.

HPD Major Assaults United Sergeant J. Dodson and Officer A. Ferrell reported:

Messrs. Deloriea and Broussard share a residence at the above address and were arguing when Broussard attacked Deloriea with a large hunting-style knife. 

Deloriea was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital and Broussard fled the scene.
