Update: Surveillance Video in Fatal Shooting at 12546 East Freeway

July 24, 2018 - Houston police are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects and three witnesses in the fatal shooting of one man and the wounding of another found at 12546 East Freeway (East Interstate Highway 10) service road about 2:05 a.m. on February 23.

The suspects are described only as two Hispanic males in their early to mid 20s, one wearing glasses.  They were driving what is described as a white Chevrolet Tahoe.  

Investigators are also seeking three female witnesses who left the business with the victim prior to the shooting.

One victim, Leroy Saucedo, 28, was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.   A second victim, Eric Fulcher, 27, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Dominguez and Officers R. Watson, K. Heaverlo, K. James and J. Young reported:

Mr. Saucedo and Mr. Fulcher were driving away from a sports bar at 11095 East Freeway when the suspects began shooting, striking both of them.  HFD paramedics then transported Saucedo and Fulcher to an area hospital.
