Suspect Wanted in Female's Death at 9988 Windmill Lakes

November 6, 2018 - Houston police have arrested a suspect charged in the death of a female at 9988 Windmill Lakes at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday (November 3).

Aldo Rodriguez (H/m, 32), is charged with capital murder in 230th State District Court.  A photo of Rodriguez is attached to this news release.

The identity of the deceased female, who suffered blunt force trauma, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives A. Barr and M. Perez reported:

Officers responded to a report of a person down at the above address and found the female unresponsive in the back of a black Chevrolet Tahoe.  Responding Houston Fire Department personnel forced entry into the vehicle and pronounced her deceased.  Investigators learned the victim had a history of family violence with her boyfriend, Rodriguez, and had been reported kidnapped from Pearland earlier that morning.  Pearland detectives worked with HPD detectives on the earlier kidnapping and on Sunday (November 4) Rodriguez was arrested without incident.
