Investigation into Fatal Crash at 100 West Road
April 8, 2019 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 100 West Road about 12:15 a.m. on Saturday (April 6).
The identity of the male victim, 24, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant J. Benavidez and Officer K. Hines reported:
The driver of a black GMC Sierra pickup truck was traveling westbound on West Road when he failed to stay in a single lane and crashed into a ditch. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other persons or vehicles were involved in the crash.
