Investigation into Shooting Incident at 6500 Willowbend
August 27, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a woman that occurred at 6500 Willowbend about 10 p.m. on Monday (August 26).
The female victim was transported to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening wounds.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives L. Bolmanski and K. Saulsberry reported:
The victim, 19, and a male, 25, were walking across a convenience store parking lot at the above address when, for unknown reasons, someone in a silver sedan began shooting at them.
The female was struck, the male was not wounded.
There is no known suspect(s) nor motive at this time.
