Investigation into Shooting at 11305 Main Street

February 1, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of two men that occurred at 11305 Main Street about 2:40 a.m. today.  

The victims, Michael Freeman, 64, and Paul Chambers, 39, were transported to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.  

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers B. Salazar and R. Naughton reported:  

 A male suspect got into an altercation outside a nightclub at the above address with another patron and a security guard.  The suspect assaulted the patron and fled the scene.  HPD patrol officers responded to the scene, gathered information on the incident and left the location.  The suspect returned soon after with a gun and fired shots at both security guards (Messers. Freeman and Chambers) in the parking lot.  Both were struck and transported by HFD paramedics to the hospital.  

The suspect is described only as a black male, believed to be in his 30s, possibly  with a first name of Ken.  He was last seen fleeing in a gold sedan.
