Investigation into Male's Death at 5558 Antoine
February 18, 2019 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a male found at 5558 Antoine about 4:55 p.m. last Friday (February 15).
The male's identity and cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives D. Crowder and A. Vinogradov reported:
An outreach volunteer was checking on the homeless under the bridge at the above address and observed the victim floating in the bayou. The volunteer then alerted a Harris County Precinct 1 deputy constable. The HPD Dive Team recovered the victim, who had no obvious signs of foul play.
The investigation is continuing.
