Investigation into Shooting Incident at 355 Benmar Drive
June 17, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 355 Benmar Drive about 9:30 p.m. on Saturday (June 15).
The victim, Timmy Price, 39, was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
HPD Major Assault & Family Violence Division Detectives A. Ferrell and J. Roberts reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a person down call at the above address and arrived to find Mr. Price shot and lying in the middle of an apartment complex courtyard. Witnesses reported hearing two gunshots, but did not see the shooting.
