UPDATE: Suspects Charged, Wanted in Shooting of Two Men at 3233 Mangum Road

March 13, 2019 - Charges have been filed against two suspects wanted in the investigation into the shooting of two men at 3233 Mangum Road about 10:45 p.m. on January 22.

One suspect, Angelique Pina (H/f, 17), is charged with tampering with evidence in the 178th State District Court.  The second suspect, Mark Anthony Raymundo (H/m, 18), is charged with possession of a controlled substance.  Booking photos of the suspects are not available.

The two male victims, Alexis Villa-Gomez, 18, and Raymundo (now a wanted suspect), were transported to an area hospital in stable condition.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives R. Naughton and V. Habukiha reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above address.  Upon arrival, they found both men shot in a breezeway of the apartment complex.  The victims stated they were involved in an altercation with an unknown suspect who shot them and then fled the scene.

Further investigation led to felony charges being filed against Pina and Raymundo for their roles in the incident.
