Investigation into Fatal Crash at 1400 State Highway 6 South
September 27, 2019 - A man critically injured in a crash that occurred at 1400 State Highway 6 South about 4:35 p.m. on September 7 has died.
The victim, Anthony Selby, 55, was transported to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital where he was pronounced deceased on Thursday (Sept. 26).
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant J. Ogden reported:
Mr. Selby was traveling northbound on Highway 6, operating a yellow Harley Davidson motorcycle, when he changed lanes in an unsafe manner. He then struck the back of a black Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck. The driver of the Dodge remained at the scene and was questioned and released.
The investigation is continuing.
