Investigation into Shooting at 3600 Swingle Road

August 3, 2020 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man found at 3600 Swingle Road about 10 p.m. last Friday (July 31).  

The victim, believed to be in his 30s, was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.  

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers V. Habukiha and B. Godoy reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a person down call at the above address and found the victim with a severe injury to his head.  The victim was in the roadway and found by a passing motorist, who called 9-1-1.  Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the man to the hospital, where doctors determined he had sustained a gunshot wound to the head.  

At this time, there are no known suspects or witnesses in the shooting.
