November 9, 2020 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man in the 11500 block of Westheimer Road about 8:35 p.m. last Friday (November 6).  

The identity of the victim, 21, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.     

HPD Homicide Division Detectives J. Caten and M. Barrow reported:  

A witness heard gunshots and saw the victim lying in the parking lot in the back of the business.  The victim sustained more than one gunshot wound and was transported by private vehicle to West Houston Medical Center in stable condition.  The victim was later transferred to Memorial Hermann Hospital via Life Flight helicopter where he was pronounced deceased.  

At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
