Suspect Arrested, Charged in Fatal Shooting at 12550 Kuykendahl Road

November 12, 2020 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a woman at 12550 Kuykendahl Road that occurred about 7:05 p.m. on Monday (November 9). 

The suspect, Jon Kerry Parfait (w/m, 25), is charged with murder in the 174th State District Court.  He is accused in the killing of Danielle Bradley, 39.  

A booking photo of Parfait is not available at this time. 

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant T. Hollohazy and Detective D. Higgs reported: 

HPD patrol officers and Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to a shooting call at the motel at the above address and found Ms. Bradley had been shot multiple times.  Paramedics pronounced her deceased.  

An initial investigation and witness statements indicated a suspect (Parfait) was seen exiting a motel room and firing a weapon multiple times at Bradley's vehicle.  Parfait and a female were then seen leaving the scene on foot.  After a search of the area, Parfait and the female were located and taken into custody.  Parfait was subsequently charged for his role in the shooting.  He was also wanted on a Harris County felony warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. 

The female was questioned and released with no charges filed.
