September 28, 2020 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 7103 Eppes Street about 1:30 a.m. on Sunday (September 27).  

The victim, Brandon Garcia, 29, was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Holbrook and Detective J. Roscoe reported:  

Mr. Garcia's father was awakened by a loud noise and Garcia screaming inside the residence at the above address.  The father then heard a gunshot and found his son shot.  Paramedics were called and transported Garcia to the hospital.  

At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
