August 5, 2021 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the stabbing of a man and a juvenile female at 7358 Fairway Drive that occurred about 12:45 a.m. today.  

The juvenile female suspect, 14, was referred to Harris County Juvenile Probation authorities on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon of a family member.  

The adult victim, Danny Alejandro Fernandez Vasquez, 21, and the juvenile victim, 16, were transported to an area hospital in stable conditions. 

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detective P. Francis reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a cutting at the above address and found Mr. Fernandez Vasquez with a stab wound to the right arm and the juvenile with a stab wound to the abdomen.  Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the victims to the hospital.  

The juvenile suspect returned to the scene and admitted to officers she had stabbed both victims after an argument that escalated to a physical altercation.  The Harris County District Attorney's Office was consulted and the juvenile was subsequently charged for her role in the incident.
