August 9, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 5700 North Freeway (North Interstate Highway 45) service road that occurred about 10:15 p.m. on Saturday (August 7).  

The victim, Cristian Jimenez, 38, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.  

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers I. Rios-Hernandez and J. Cimeni reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found Mr. Jimenez and been shot multiple times.  Houston Fire Department paramedics transported Jimenez to the hospital.  

At this time there is no known motive or suspect.  Witnesses described the suspect as only wearing dark-colored clothing.
