July 12, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of three men at 10008 Tidwell Road about 3:40 p.m. on Saturday (July 10).  

The victims, Javan Cummings, 27, Noah Trejo, 19, and Terence Cleveland, 18, were transported to area hospitals in stable condition.  

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers L. Castellanos and J. Kimbrough reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting in a strip center parking lot at the above address and were advised one male suspect got into a verbal altercation with Mr. Cummings.  As Cummings walked away from the altercation, the suspect discharged his firearm and struck Cummings.  Messers. Trejo and Cleveland, who were inside a barbershop in the strip center, were struck by stray gunfire.  

The suspect, described only as a black male, fled the scene in a black pickup truck of unknown make and model.
