June 1, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the stabbing of a man at 4300 South Shaver Road about 9:55 p.m. on Monday (May 31).

The victim, Ramon Garcia, 31, was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening wounds.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Sergeant R. Collins reported:

Mr. Garcia stated he was stabbed by an adult male family member during an argument in an apartment at the above address.  Paramedics were called and transported Garcia to a hospital.  The family member fled the scene before officers arrived.  No charges have been filed at this time, pending further investigation.
