November 28, 2022 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of two men at 8001 Mesa Road about 2:20 a.m. on Sunday (Nov. 27).

The identities of the males - one in his 30s and the other, 40 - are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives A. Ferrell and J. Escobar reported:

Officers were dispatched to a shooting call at a bar at the above address and located two men with gunshot wounds.  Paramedics pronounced one male deceased at the scene.  They transported the other male to an area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.

Witnesses stated the two men got into an argument and shot each other in the parking lot of the bar.
