Houston, Texas, August 31, 2017: Houston residents who have any tree debris due to Hurricane Harvey’s tornadic events, high winds and torrential rain, please call the City of Houston’s information help line at 3-1-1 to report tree debris. Tree debris may include, but is not limited to fallen limbs, leaning trees and/or low hanging tree limbs. In addition, residents are also advised to report to 3-1-1 any water damage that has occurred to their homes due to the storm.
