CITY HOLIDAY: Friday’s Garbage Collected today. Recycling, Yard Waste and Tree Waste NO SERVICE due to Hurricane Harvey debris collection. The Neighborhood Depositories/Recycling Centers, Westpark Recycling Center, Environmental Service Center and The Reuse Warehouse are open.
