2004 marked the 42nd Annual Candlelight Tour. During Candlelight, Sam Houston Park is lined with glowing candles, and every historic structure is decorated to represent its particular era of Houston history. Carolers and other musical groups are located throughout the park, for the entertainment of the Houston public. Santa's Workshop is available for children to enjoy, a holiday market will be open, and Starbucks Coffee will be giving out free samples of coffee, latte, and hot chocolate.
