Delinquent Taxpayers

Seriously Delinquent Taxpayers in the City of Houston

The City of Houston has authorized the publication of the following list of individuals and businesses that are delinquent in the payment of their City of Houston property taxes. The following list contains the taxpayers with the largest delinquencies, including penalties and interest calculated through February 2011 (COH TPI). Every attempt has been made to identify taxpayers who are currently challenging their property values with the Harris County Appraisal District and exclude them from this list. In addition, taxpayers who have been granted Over 65, Disability, or Veterans exemptions have been excluded. In addition to City of Houston taxes, these taxpayers may also owe taxes to Harris County and a school district.
