Established Track Record |
The Mayor’s Office of Special Events live entertainment and event programming, producing and marketing expertise spans 25 years. The department employs two full-time people devoted to sponsors and six full-time event coordinators. There is extensive dedication to working with sponsors and collaborating with media to deliver a high quality interactive marketing experience for sponsors while ensuring a safe, fun and challenging event for participants. City departments participating in the event include, Houston Police Department, Houston Parks and Recreation Department, Public Works & Engineering, Houston Fire Department, Solid Waste Department, Metro Transit Authority. Very high sponsor renewal rate. |
