Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) meetings are held every year to inform citizens of upcoming projects scheduled in their respective communities and to take input on future capital needs.  The meetings also afford citizens an opportunity to voice their concerns and address their respective City Council member and City of Houston officials.  

This year Mayor Annise Parker, Chief Development Officer Andy Icken and Dan Krueger, Director of Public Works & Engineering Department, will also present information on the implementation of ReBuild Houston, the voter approved pay-as-you-go initiative to fund street and drainage improvements.
