CLEAR LAKE PERMIT OFFICE GRAND OPENING

We are pleased to announce the grand opening of a City of Houston Permitting Center located in Clear Lake at 1335 Regents Park Drive, suite 130. This is the third Building Permit Satellite Office to open. It is the result of the coordinated efforts of Council Member Martin and the Public Works and Engineering Department. The new center will provide neighborhood services for the businesses and residents of the area. The other two satellite sites are at 290 and Dacoma and in Kingwood.

The following services will be available at the new location from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday (except observed City Holidays). 

  • Residential and Commercial One-Stop Plan Reviews
  • Minor Plan Revisions
  • Consultations
  • Trade Permits (Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC)
  • License Renewals
  • Occupancy Inspection Application and Scheduling
  • Routing of Construction Plans for Review to the Houston Permitting Center
  • Certificate of Occupancy Pick up
  • Utility Releases
  • Inspection Scheduling (with Valid Pin)
