October 21, 2011 Fall Parade of Homes The City of Houston's Housing and Community Development Department and Houston HOPE - a City initiative promoting neighborhood reinvestment through revitalization, homeownership and infrastructure investments - invite you to the Fall Parade of Homes this weekend, Saturday, October 22 - Sunday, October 23, 2011. The showcase will feature over two dozen affordable homes ready for quick move-in. Home prices range from $89,900 - $159,900, and qualified buyers may receive up to $30,000 in down payment assistance. The Parade of Homes will take place on: Saturday, October 22, 2011 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. These Houston HOPE homes are located in some of Houston's most historic neighborhoods within close proximity to major thoroughfares, employers and activity centers.
