Free Childhood Immunizations

The Houston Fire Department and the Care Van Program
once again are teaming up to provide free immunizations
to children from birth thru 18 years of age.

This program is only available for uninsured or Medicaid children.
We apologize but we cannot service children with CHIP or private insurance.

Parents must accompany their children and
provide their most current immunization records.
