October 26, 2012 Tell Us About Your Community's Needs! The City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) is hosting two public hearings as part of a survey to determine your community's greatest needs. The information obtained from the community needs survey will guide the HCDD 2013 Annual Action Plan process of allocating millions of federal dollars to activities serving low and moderate-income Houstonians. Such activities include, but are not limited to affordable housing, single-family home repair, economic development, neighborhood facility improvements, homelessness and programs serving people with special needs.
