The purpose of the meeting is to gather public input on proposed improvements to Greens Road from JFK Boulevard to US Highway 59 including widening the road from 2 to 4 lanes between the project limits, and the construction of a storm water management system. The proposed project is approximately 1.61 miles long.

The meeting will be in open house format. Documents and exhibits will be available for viewing from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. There will be no formal presentation.

All interested citizens are invited to attend this meeting to express their views and discuss the project with TxDOT and COH Public Works and Engineering (PWE) representatives. COH will make every reasonable effort to accommodate these needs.

Estimated Construction Cost: $12,000,000.00.

The project is currently funded in the adopted Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for preliminary engineering phase only. Final design and construction is anticipated (to be programmed) in the future CIP with proposed federal funding participation through TxDOT.
