Join the Houston Bike Challenge
The Houston Bikeways Program, the Energy Corridor District and Bike Houston have teamed up with Love to Ride to bring you the Houston Bike Challenge. During the month of November, Houston workplaces will compete to see which Houston workplaces can get the most staff to ride a bike.
This event is being organized in conjunction with the City of Houston's effort to create a bike plan.
It's free and easy - anyone can join! Simply ride a bike (even if it's just for 10 minutes or more) anywhere, anytime during the month of November. It can be for fun, fitness, or commuting.
Already ride? Show your support for biking in Houston and sign up. If you don't see your organization, add it to the list and encourage your colleagues to ride.
New to riding? This is the perfect opportunity to get back on your bike, have some fun and experience first hand why so many people in Houston are taking up riding.
You can win some great prizes, including a trip to New Zealand, a new bike, cycling gear, restaurant gift cards and much more.
Find out more and join at www.lovetoride.net/houston.
