CRIME STOPPERS ILLEGAL DUMPING CASE
(4100 block of Alvin)

Crime Stoppers and investigators with the Houston Police Department's Environmental Investigations Division are seeking the public's assistance with any information on two men caught dumping waste illegally.

These men were seen on a surveillance camera in the 4100 block of Alvin emptying the back of their pickup truck into a vacant lot.  It appears the two were dumping some type of yard waste into the vacant lot.

The men can be described as black males driving a dark colored late model Dodge Ram pick up truck. The camera caught the license plate of the truck but the picture is not very clear.

Below are three photos. The first photo is a picture of the truck used; the second is the license plate photo; and the third is a picture of the two men in the act of emptying their truck.

Illegal dumping costs the citizens of Houston nearly $5 million each year. Anyone who might recognize these men or their truck is urged to call Crime Stoppers.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for any information called in to the 713-222-8477 tips hotline or submitted online at www.crime-stoppers.org that leads to the identification, charging or arrest of any suspect in this case. All tipsters remain anonymous.
