Municipal Courts Adds Jury Trials at North Command Annex

The City of Houston Municipal Courts Department's North Command Annex Court will begin holding jury trials on Tuesday, September 3, 2013. Due to this change, the North Command's Annex Court #20 will add more than 100 jury trial cases to its dockets on Tuesdays only. Tuesday will be the only day of the week jury trials will be held at this court.

North Command Annex Court is located inside the Acres Homes/North Command Station at 9455 West Montgomery, Houston 77088. At this time, Municipal Courts sends jury summons to citizens for the Lubbock and Westside locations only. Effective September 3, jurors will be summoned randomly to one of the three jury court locations. North Command is one of the city's five annex courts and is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
