National Night Out: Tuesday, October 4, 2011

Houstonians, get your lawn chairs, coolers and food ready! Join Mayor Annise Parker and the Houston Police Department (HPD) for the 28th Annual National Night Out on Tuesday, October 4, 2011, 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Take advantage of this opportunity to meet the officers who patrol your neighborhood and help strengthen police and community relations. Thousands of citizens in neighborhoods all over the city are expected to step out of their homes to meet their neighbors and renew their commitment to public safety.

Mayor Annise Parker will be visiting the following events:

Montie Beach Civic Club	915 Northwood St, Houston	77009	6:00 p.m.
Near Northwest Mngmt District	5260 W. Tidwell, Houston	77091	6:45 p.m.
Kashmere Gardens	3701 Cavalcade, Houston	77026	7:30 p.m.
