June 18, 2013 ReBuild Houston Project Underway The Parkway Plaza Concrete Street Repair Project between Eldridge and Trapper Hill will improve streets in the area by repairing existing deteriorated roadway. This project is scheduled to begin in mid-June 2013 and is anticipated to be complete by late June 2013. A concrete street repair involves removing old concrete and replacing it with new concrete. As the project progresses, you may experience lane closures and slowed traffic. Please drive with caution. This ReBuild Houston Initiative is the City of Houston's voter approved pay-as-you-go plan to rebuild drainage and street infrastructure. ReBuild Houston helps improve the quality of life and mobility for residents through the reconstruction and proper maintenance of drainage and street improvements.
