July 27, 2010 The City of Houston Solid Waste Management Department (SWMD) and District A Council Member Brenda Stardig invite you to attend one of two Town Hall meetings Wednesday, July 28, 2010 7:00 p.m. Woodhaven Baptist Deaf Church or Tuesday, August 10, 2010 7:00 p.m. Oak Forest Elementary School SWMD Director Harry Hayes and Council Member Stardig will discuss and answer questions about Houston's green initiatives and possible changes and expansion of the city's recycling program.
