Community Relations Specialist

The community relations specialists assist clients in connecting them to a particular service such as emergency food, emergency assistance with rent and utilities, medical support, and other issues affecting clients. Call for more information or to schedule an appointment.

Eligibility for Houston Health Department Health Centers can be determined on-site. Provides application completion for Harris County Financial Assistance Program, Texas Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and Healthy Texas Women program.
