July 20, 2026 --Houston Mayor John Whitmire attended the intern social, bringing together interns from across City Hall for an evening of networking, connection, and celebration. Hosted by the Mayor's Office of Education & Youth Engagement, the event gave Mayor Whitmire an opportunity to share words of encouragement and thank the interns for their dedication and commitment to making a difference this summer.
