Residential Parking Permits
Question: How can I obtain a residential permit?
Answer: You must live on a block that has been designated as a Residential Permit Parking area (see the map below). Simply fill out the 2023 Residential Permit Parking Application Form (.doc) and return to ParkHouston. You may pick up your permits the same day or request that they are mailed.
For 2024 permit renewals, residents in Neartown/Montrose, Third Ward and Washington/Memorial and will purchase digital parking permits online.
