Incident at 13502 Northborough Drive August 12, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 13502 Northborough Drive #508 about 4:10 p.m. on Saturday (Aug. 11). The victim, Kernell Skidmoore, 23, of 13502 Northborough Drive #102 suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and was transported to the Northwest Medical Center by private vehicle where he died. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant A. Semmelrock and Officer D.R. Daniel reported: HPD patrol officers were dispatched to a stabbing call at 13502 Northborough #508 and upon their arrival found no one at the location. A short time later, officers received a call from the Northwest Medical Center regarding a shooting victim who had been transported from the Northborough address. Officers proceeded to the hospital where they discovered Mr. Skidmoore had died. After further investigation, investigators took a possible suspect from apartment #908 into custody.
