Incident at 218 Plaza Verde August 24, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 218 Plaza Verde about 10:05 p.m. on Wednesday (Aug. 22). The victim, Carl Dennis Foster, 32, of 11439 Lera suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Dillingham and R. Odom reported: Foster was involved in an altercation with another male inside the residence. He was then shot multiple times, possibly by more than one suspect.
