HPD Statement on Missing Person Chester Miles December 7, 2007 - At this time the Houston Police Department Homicide and Juvenile Divisions are working jointly and exhaustively following any and all leads that we are uncovering pertaining to the missing person Chester Miles. Evidence found in the vehicle shows no indication that foul play is involved, however, we are not ruling out any possibilities. We are treating this case as serious as we do all of our missing person cases and will be working all weekend or until all possible leads are exhausted in this case.
