Traffic Incident at 7330 Vogel July 8, 2007 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 7330 Vogel on Saturday (July 7) about 1:25 p.m. The victim, Joshua McGraw, 2, was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant A.C. Francois and Officer Y. Bashir and V. Nguyen reported: Witnesses stated that Church members of the Shady Acres Baptist Church were gathering in the parking lot when one Joshua wondered away from his parents and other kids in the parking lot. A church member was backing out of a parking space when she felt her minivan run over something that she thought was a ball. She got out of her vehicle and saw Joshua’s body on the ground.
