Incident at 13815 Ranch June 1, 2007 - Charges have been filed against the mother of a child fatally shot at 3815 Ranch about 12:17 p.m. on May 25. Ana Delia Garcia (H/f, DOB: 9-24-82), has been charged with firearm accessible to a child in the Harris County Criminal Court #8. The male victim, 5, suffered a gunshot wound to the face and was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he later died. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Cruz and Officer R. Cervantes reported: HPD officers and HFD paramedics responded to a call at 3815 Ranch, in regards to a five-year-old child that had suffered a gunshot wound to the face.
