Incident at 8201 West Bellfort June 7, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of one man and wounding of another at 8201 West Bellfort about 1:40 p.m. on Tuesday (June 6). Both victims suffered multiple gunshot wounds and were transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital. Armeiko Walter McGinnis, 27, of 7930 Corporate #326 was pronounced dead, while the second victim, Justin Romales Williams, 27, of 9475 West Sam Houston Parkway #218, was listed in stable condition. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant H.R. Hernandez and Officer P.J. Guerrero reported: Mr. McGinnis and Mr. Williams were sitting on a staircase with three other males within the apartment complex at 8201 West Bellfort. Witnesses reported seeing two males walk by the staircase and begin shooting, as a third suspect stayed back as a lookout. The suspects then fled the scene. The suspects are described only as three black males seen leaving in a gold colored vehicle, possibly a Ford Taurus.
